Hosts in the Eifel

Our passion for the art of brewing and regional Eifel cuisine are at the heart of what we offer. As the first “Bioland” brewery in Rhineland-Palatinate, we are proud to be the first “Bioland” brewery since summer 2023.

Nestled in the picturesque Volcanic Eifel and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Laach and the world-famous Maria Laach Monastery, we create an atmosphere in which regional treasures and culinary delights come together. As a certified Eifel host of the Eifel regional brand, we serve our guests Eifel specialties such as fillets of Eifel beef, juicy knuckle and roast of  pork from Eifel pigs and organic pork directly from Lake Laach in a cosy atmosphere, together with our own Vulkan organic beers, brewed from regional ingredients of the highest quality.
